Mindflow is proud to welcome Once For All, the European leader in supply chain management, as the latest organisation to sign for Mindflow United.

Taking the number 10 shirt, Once For All joins a pioneering group of businesses backing our mission to change how mental health is seen, spoken about, and supported, on site and across the construction industry. They follow in the footsteps of recent signings including Causeway Technologies, Christopher Ward and Frank Rogers Building Contractors, who took the number 1 shirt last month.

Mindflow United is more than a partnership programme. It’s a core team of like-minded organisations helping drive real, cultural change across the sector. From the boots on the ground to the decisions at the top.

Why now really matters

This announcement comes during Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month — a crucial time to challenge stigma, encourage open conversations, and remind workers that it’s okay not to be okay.

Mindflow’s Talk Football, Talk Mental Health sessions use football as a shared language to spark connection and get workers talking about mental health in environments that don’t always allow it.

Trevor Steven, CEO of Mindflow, said:

“We are so pleased to have Once For All join our small but powerful team. Making a positive difference to the industry underpins the work of Once For All, and it’s great to partner with companies who align with our vision and values. Working together with forward-thinking organisations like Once For All helps strengthen our message and shape a healthier, more sustainable future for construction.”

David Hornsby, CEO of Once For All, added:

“Mental health remains one of the most important — yet often overlooked — issues in the construction industry. Many still struggle in silence, unsure of where to turn. Joining the Mindflow team reflects our shared commitment to supporting the wellbeing of everyone who makes this industry thrive — from those in the office to teams on-site and across the supply chain.”
