You are not alone
If you’re struggling with your mental health, support is out there — right now. While Mindflow doesn’t provide clinical services, we work with trusted partners who do and you can find out about them and how to contact them below. If you need immediate help, please call 999 or 111 (NHS England).

Stronger together
We’ve teamed up with three organisations who specialise in supporting people across the construction industry and beyond.

Chasing the Stigma
Chasing the Stigma is a national mental health charity on a mission to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health, while ensuring that everyone in the UK can access clear pathways to support, when they need it.

The Lighthouse Club
The Lighthouse Club supports thousands of construction workers and their families every single year. The charity provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.

Mates In Mind
Mates in Mind aims to provide clear information to employers about the available support and guidance on mental health and wellbeing, and how they can address this within their organisations
