When Mindflow CEO Trevor Steven spoke at the CE Midlands Annual Construction Summit, it struck a chord. The message was simple but urgent: the construction industry is losing two workers every working day to suicide.
CE Midlands responded by naming Mindflow as their 2025 charity partner.
Backing action, not just awareness.
This partnership goes beyond pledges. With CE Midlands’ support, Mindflow will reach thousands more site workers in 2025 - bringing ex-footballers on site to spark honest talk, provide guidance, and build a new culture of mental wellbeing across the region.
"The link between football and construction is very close," said CE Midlands. "We feel the charity will be able to reach thousands of people with this very important message. We hope our members will be generous throughout next year."
Trevor Steven, CEO at Mindflow: "CE Midlands are a great fit for Mindflow. We share a commitment to improving the construction industry and I’ve really enjoyed meeting so many passionate people across their network. Being named their charity partner for 2025 – our inaugural year – gives us a brilliant platform to support the industry side by side. I’m looking forward to collaborating on events and initiatives that help normalise mental health conversations and bring real change. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with a respected organisation like CE Midlands and can’t wait to get started."
