Each session has brought workers together for open, honest conversations about mental health — led by former professional footballers (and Mindflow Ambassadors) like Paul Lake and David White, who share their own lived experiences around resilience, identity, and life after football. The format is simple, but powerful: spark the conversation with football, then keep it going with real talk and real support. By welcoming Mindflow back time and again, Domis Construction has shown what consistency looks like in practice. Across all sessions, we’ve seen the same openness from workers, the same respect in the room, and the same willingness to listen, and speak up. That consistency matters. Because suicide prevention isn’t just about crisis intervention — it’s about creating the kind of site culture where people feel safe to speak before they reach breaking point. Our most recent visit coincided with World Suicide Prevention Day, underscoring the urgency of the work. But the message remained clear: these conversations can’t be reserved for awareness days. They need to happen every week, on every site, in every team. The Mindflow Talk Football Talk Mental Health programme is only as strong as the organisations that open their doors. Domis Construction has done more than that — they’ve opened space for connection, vulnerability, and change. Special thanks to Rob Clegg and the wider Domis Construction team for their continued leadership and trust. Together, we’re showing that with the right support, construction can shift from silence to support — one Mindflow Match-Up session at a time. ## What's coming next?
