What do the three answers mean?
  • Working towards earns 25% of the question's points. Work has started, but more development is needed before the practice is embedded.
  • Partially embedded earns 50%. The practice exists but may not yet be complete, consistent or fully evidenced.
  • Fully embedded earns 100%. The practice is in place, understood and used consistently.

Questions are worth 4, 8 or 12 points depending on their level: foundation, competent or excellent practice. Click a selected answer again to clear it.

Guidance note: If a Charter practice is most likely provided by your customer, such as the main contractor, assess it based on your employees' experience. If it is available on most sites where they work, you can treat it as fully embedded. If it is only available on some sites, it should be assessed as partially embedded.
