Nine construction firms join the new Mindflow Charter

Written by Mindflow | October 21 2026

Nine construction companies are now Charter Registered, the first to join the Mindflow Charter since it went live today. They range from a 50-to-249-person specialist contractor to companies employing more than 250 people, and two have already reached the top rating.

The Mindflow Charter is a mental health standard for UK construction companies, built on core principles covering policy, leadership, culture and support. Companies complete a self-assessment, earn a one to three star rating, and join the public Charter Register for the year.

Who’s joined so far

  • Balfour Beatty (250+ people): three stars
  • Dowhigh (50 to 249 people): two stars
  • FCE Projects (50 to 249 people): one star
  • Frank Rogers (50 to 249 people): two stars
  • GRAHAM (250+ people): three stars
  • HMS (250+ people): two stars
  • Macclesfield Construction Group (250+ people): two stars
  • Sisk (250+ people): two stars
  • VolkerStevin Infrastructure Limited (250+ people): two stars

Familiar names among the first nine

Four of the nine are already part of the Mindflow family.

VolkerStevin, HMS and Frank Rogers all hold shirts in Mindflow United, with VolkerStevin taking the number 11 and hosting Mindflow’s very first Match-Up session last year.

Macclesfield Construction Group has hosted two Mindflow Match-Up sessions of its own, with former Manchester City defender David White, reaching around 150 people.

Seeing all four return to sign up for the Mindflow Charter shows how the different strands of Mindflow’s work reinforce each other to champion mental health across construction.

What the Mindflow Charter asks

Joining the Mindflow Charter means committing to a written mental health and wellbeing policy, a named Mindflow Champion, and ongoing work across culture, leadership and support, not a one-off form. The fee and rating rise together, so there’s no reason to claim more than practice supports.

Any UK construction company registered at Companies House can join, whatever its size.
