We’re delighted to welcome Cheshire-based sub-contractor FCE Projects as one of the first companies to formally become register for the Mindflow Charter. It’s a real show of commitment to mental health, wellbeing and psychological safety across their business.
FCE Projects has named Simon Holme, its H&S Director, as its Mindflow Champion.
Here’s what he had to say after joining the Mindflow Charter: “At FCE Projects, we believe that looking after our people is just as important as the work we deliver. Mental health and wellbeing should be given the same priority as physical health and safety."
Simon added: "As an early adopter of the Mindflow Charter, we’re proud to be taking a proactive approach to embedding psychological safety and mental wellbeing into our workplace culture. We recognise that meaningful change takes commitment, accountability and action, and we hope our involvement encourages other businesses across the construction industry to do the same.”
FCE Projects’ founder and ESG Director, Dr Tim Whitehill, has also helped shape the Mindflow Charter Registered model itself. As a Board Trustee of Mindflow, Tim has brought his expertise in research, organisational resilience and systems thinking to its development, and continues to support our research partnership with the University of Warwick.
The Mindflow Charter is open to organisations of all sizes across the construction supply chain, recognising that improving mental health requires collective action across the industry.
Any UK construction company registered at Companies House can join, whatever its size.
